Ysgol Bryn Hedydd get the chance to meet a top-class athlete!
On Wednesday 9th May, Ysgol Bryn Hedydd had a fantastic opportunity to meet and work with a top-class athlete.
Each class worked alongside Imtiaz Nadir, a Taekwondo champion and his coach Jay on exercises which were designed to keep us fit and healthy and get that heart beating. It certainly did that!
Later that morning, gave us a talk and demonstration of his skills. We were very impressed! We were also able to ask lots of questions to find out more information.
