Cinema Visit - Disney's 'Planes'
As part of the 'National Youth Film Festival' the children were able to enjoy a treat by seeing the film 'Planes' at Vue in Rhyl. Torrential rain almost spoilt our plans but we were able to hire a coach at the last minute so we were not disappointed. The film fitted in well with our 'Flight' topic getting us in the mood in a fun way for the study of man-made flight which we will start after half term. Our thanks to 'The National Youth Film Festival' team for making this possible and parental donations which will help to cover the unexpected cost of the coach.
