Fun in the sun on Junior Sports Day!
Well who ordered the gorgeous weather for our Junior Sports Day?
It was a lovely occasion - the sun was shining, the track was set up, the chairs were out, the parents were arriving and the children were buzzing with enthusiasm!
The event started at 12.45p.m with the Lower Juniors on the track and the Upper Juniors on potted sports.
After 45 minutes, the groups swapped over.
The final scores were as shown below:
1st place - Asaph - 125 points
2nd place - Melyd - 117 points
3rd place - Deiniol - 90 points
4th place - Beuno - 71 points
Well done to all the children who took part. It was wonderful afternoon with lots and lots of beaming faces from parents and children alike!
A big thank you to Mr Josh Gardiner, who, due to a sporting injury was really disappointed not to take part in our Sports Day this year! But was therefore able to take some fantastic photos for the website!
