F1 In Schools
F1 in Schools is a multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of pupils use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to design, manufacture, test, promote and then race miniature gas powered cars along a purpose built track.
F1 is a National Competition at Primary School level, and a World Wide Competition for High Schools. With approximately 180 teams initially competing at primary regional heats, the pressure is on to perform!
Our pupils give this competition their all, using a huge range of skills including ICT, Communication, Working Together, Thinking Skills (imagination, creativity... the list is endless) to name a few! It takes a lot of hard work and commitment from all who take part and we think its this BH spirit that gets results!
