Our first ever 'Fun Friday' is a great success!
Our brand new initiative 'Fun Friday' started today, and, after listening to feedback from the pupils it appears to have been a great success!
The idea behind the initiative is that pupils get to spend the first hour of every Friday afternoon taking part in an activity that really appeals to them. These activities are designed to broaden their skills beyond normal curriculum lessons.
It also gives them the opportunity to work with different teachers and mix with other pupils from their own Key Stage.
Throughout the school we have a huge variety of activities on offer such as, Fashion Club, Cookery, Computers, Drama,Art/Textiles, Forest Schools, Seasonal Crafts, Bike It, Non School Based Sports, Outdoor Activities, Hockey, Scrap Booking, Nature Club, Board Games, Boo Zoo Maths Club the list goes on.... what a choice!!
