Croeso to our school website! We believe that every step of your child's education is as important as the one before. With this in mind, we strive continually to provide inspiring learning experiences for children.
A selected group of Year 6 had a fantastic opportunity to visit London for the day!
The day started with all meeting at Rhyl train station at half 7 and then we jumped on the train and arrived in London within a couple of hours!
Our first stop was the River Thames cruise. This was great! We learnt lots of interesting facts about the city and found it very informative. We even had time to have our lunch.
We then had to 'hot-foot' it across to the Houses of Parliament to meet our local MP, Mr Chris Ruane. Here, he gave us a guided tour around the Houses of Parliament. We even bumped into Boris Johnson!
Our last stop was a ride on the London Eye! This was fantastic as it was such a lovely day!
We had a fantastic time down in London. Big thanks to Mrs Parmley-Graham for organising it. It is a day that we will not forget!
