Year 2 Wesh Week.
During Welsh Week year 2 enjoyed taking part in different activities. The children made leek and potato soup, enjoyed tasting Bara Brith, Welsh cakes and Welsh cheese. Some children took part in our 'Wales on a plate competition' and we all participated in welsh folk dancing. Finally at the end the week on Saint David's day we joined the school for the Eisteddfod dressed in traditional costumes.
