Croeso i Blwyddyn 6!
Mrs Evans and Mr Pickavance welcome you to the newly refurbished Year 6.
You are about to enter a year full of learning and discovery, filled with creative, inspiring topics and projects.

What a busy half of term we have had! We've had many experiences together already!
Beach Day
A day at the beach creating sand art and following a Beach Trail quiz, we even saw a seal (although dog walkers see them down there quite a lot!) We showed great team work each doing separate jobs to create our beach master pieces! See more pictures from the day here.

F1 Day
What a day! From start to finish all teams were busy, racing their cars, presenting their artistic talents and IT skills, as well as answering technical questions in their tech and spec. interviews. A huge thank you to Mr Jim Jones for spending the day testing the whole year group on their knowledge of the complete process from car design to creation. River Clwyd Trip
It was wet but that didn't stop us having a fabulous time exploring the whole of the River Clwyd, from source to mouth in one day! We saw more meanders than you can shake a stick at, and measured the width, depth and flow speed of water at different stages along the river's course. See more pictures here.

Remembrance Day Poems
