Croeso to our school website! We believe that every step of your child's education is as important as the one before. With this in mind, we strive continually to provide inspiring learning experiences for children.
Pupils from Mrs Rodgers class were selected to go to the beach for a lesson on the tide, after a recent class survey revealed this as an area that they wanted to learn more about. They learnt about the gravitational pull of the moon and its effect on the sea and also about centrifugal force! The photos show the children actively involved in their learning. They also threw apples into the sea to test the direction of the current and were introduced rip tides.
