Our Summer Sleepover Is A Night To Remember
We held our second School Sleepover on Friday July 1st.
The children arrived at school at 6pm armed with their sleeping bags, airbeds and tents..... ready for another night of fun - Bryn Hedydd style!
After setting up their camps in the classrooms, they went outside in the evening sun to play rounders, football and on the new playground equipment.
Once the BBQ was ready the children enjoyed burgers, sausages and chips for their dinner before they went into the hall to play games and take part in a sleepover quiz.
At the end of the night the children headed off to their classrooms to sleep.... !!
A great night was had by all.
Thank you to Mr Cannon for taking the time to organise it, and to all the staff and parents who gave up their Friday night to make it happen. Also, a big than you to the children, for their excellent behaviour!
All money raised will go towards new playground equipment.
