Non Fiction
Over the past week we have been doing the topic of 'Non-fiction' with Miss Owen.
We started the topic by learning how to find books at the library. We then all picked a book that interested us, most of us chose books about animals but some of us chose books about historic times or natural wonders.
We then started planning our own non-fiction books based on a topic we were intersted in. First we found some facts we wanted to put into our books. Next we planned the layout of our books. Finally we put all our planning and hardwork together so that we now all have our own non-fiction text. They are in the classroom for everyone to come and see!
