Our trip to Talacre
Year 2ST spent a lovely morning down at Talacre to explore the sand dunes, the beach and to look at the lighthouse. We were met there by Mr Evans and Kim from the Centre at Talacre who told us all about the wildlife living in the sand dunes and on the beach and the job of the lighthouse keeper years ago. The children had fun running down the sand dunes and went on the beach collecting and sorting the shells, pebbles, seaweed and creatures that they found.
