Year 5 meet Frank Cottrell Boyce in London!
Year 5 had a fantastic trip to London on Wedsnesday Nov 27th.
It was an early start at the train station and we were all excited, including the teachers.
We were lucky to meet Frank Cottrell Boyce in the National Gallery followed by a tour of the gallery where we saw artwork that is featured in the book.After lunch in Trafalgar Square, we had a sneek peek at Buckingham Palace from The Mall, before we boarded a cruise boat on the River Thames.
We saw lots of famous city sites from the river before finally getting the train home.
It was a very long day but one we will remember for a long time.
