Making toast in maths
Year 2 have been working hard this week learning all about halves in maths. They have learnt about halving different shapes and enjoyed making toast to cut in half. 
The children had to spread on the butter and jam and then decide whether they wanted to cut the toast horizontally, vertically or diagonally. They certainly enjoyed eating the toast yum yum !!
