The school has been involved in a creative project which allows children to learn about the ancient history of our region. The project started 3 years ago with pupils who are now in Year 7 and has involved our Year 5 pupils this year. Children have worked with professional artists, animators, musicians and story tellers to build a multimedia story about the origin of the Mold Gold Cape. The project, which forms part of the 'Cultural Olympiad', reaches its climax at Denbigh Castel on the evening of Sunday July 8th with a perfomance which promises to be spectuacular.
32 children form Year 5 will be working sas puppeteers to tell part of an epic story. The evening performance has many more suprises and promises to be a memorable family event. Tickets (£2) are available from Mrs Rodgers in schoool until Friday June 22nd and after that, are available from Denbigh Library.
