Bws Dysgu poetry competition winners visit County Hall
Wed 27 Feb 2013On Monday 13 children, who were winners of the Bws Dysgu poetry competition took a trip to County Hall to meet with Karen Evans, the Head of Education and other Council dignitaries. Some of the children read their poems out and they had their work displayed for all to see. They each received a certificate and enjoyed a slice of yellow cake!

Wed 06 Feb 2013Last Wednesday Ysgol Bryn Hedydd took part in Comenius Day.
We all spent the day learning about the different countries which are taking part in the Comenius project with us; Turkey, Catalonia, Poland, France and Romania.
