Croeso to our school website! We believe that every step of your child's education is as important as the one before. With this in mind, we strive continually to provide inspiring learning experiences for children.
Today we have celebrated 'Red Nose Day'!
We were asked to dress up as clowns for the day, to raise money for 'Comic Relief'
Also, we had a special treat of watching Marc the Magician perform some tricks!
Our favourite trick was when he pumped some water out of a Year 6 pupil with the help of some other volunteers.
We also held a 'Pram Race'! Throughout the day, teams of 4 pupils raced their prams along an assault course. We then held a final to see who were the champions.....congratulations to the winning team 'Jamaica' from Year 6 (who were inspired by the film "Cool Runnings" it seems!!)
The 'Joke Machine' was very busy today! Children who gave 20p could pick out a joke and read it to the class. We had lots of laughs!
E.g
Question: Why did the chicken take a pencil up to bed?
Answer: So he could draw the curtains
Hee hee hee
Thank you Seren Wilson
