Increasing our fitness levels in Year 5

As our first half term's topic, Year 5 have been looking at improving our levels of fitness.

Over numerous weeks, we have been carrying out a warm-up, stretches and then completing a five minute circuit.

We used an app on our ipods called 'Pedometer'

In here, we added our individual data, like our height and foot size and then used the app to work out how many steps we had made and the distance travelled.

Having collected this data over a four week period, we then extracted the infromation from our ipods. We completed a table and then put together a line chart to show if our levels of fitness had improved over the said period.
