What a show!
We hope you have all had the opportunity to come and watch our Christmas production.
We have performed a total of four shows...Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and evening and finally Friday morning!
All the children have worked very hard on their performance and we are very proud of them. Thank you to all our pupils who performed.
Year 3 kicked off the performances with a whistle-stop tour of 'The Lion King'. In 15 minutes, the Year 3's sang 'I just can't wait to be king', 'Hakuna Mattata' and 'The Circle of Life'
Next on stage were Year 4 who were acting out scenes of 'Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat'
Many songs were sung, with some fantastic talents shining through, involving some fat cows and thin cows, the Pharoah and a rather colourful coat!
Year 5 were the next to treat us with a fantastic overview of the musical 'Oliver'. All the children in the year group participated and were dressed wearing victorian costumes. It looked sensational! Songs included 'Food, Glorious food' 'Consider Yourself' and 'Where is love?'
To finish our fantastic night at the musicals, Year 6 took to the stage. 'Grease' was the word!
Jack Parry-Jones and Grace Roberts did an amazing job of taking the lead roles, but so many stars shone through in the cast. From some very cool T-Birds and pretty Pink Ladies to fantastic movers and groovers.
The 'YBH Musicals' was an amazing night. The children have got so much out of the experience. Many new talents and skills spotted and developed.
Thank you for coming to support us. We hope you enjoyed the show!
