• The Big Pedal/ Bike It/ WOW

  We came 189th in the UK in the 'Big Pedal' this year but we have seen a decrease in the amount of people participating in 'WOW' and 'Bike It'.
  Remember as the weather improves the number of cars using Spruce Avenue should hopefully decrease.
  
  Can we take this opportunity to thank the 'Bike It' crew and Mrs J. Roberts for all their continuous efforts.

  Welcome back to the Summer Term! We hope you had a restful and enjoyable break. 
  
  We have had a very busy holidays in school and worked very hard to make some changes.
  
  We have completely renovated all the cloakroom areas as well as the Nursery and Reception toilets.
  
  Take a look at the photos below of the new areas in our school.
  
  The cloakrooms have been modernised and look fantastic! We hope you agree! Each child now has a box to store all thier belongings in. Our plan is to enhance these areas with soft furnishings and breakfast bars for the children to work at over the next few months.
  
  Many thanks to the caretakers, Mr Jones and Mr Welsby and the cleaners Miss Bibby, Mrs Small and Ms Jones for all their efforts during this time. Thanks also to Mr Lee for carrying out the paint work and all those who helped make these changes possible.

  

• Music Tuition - 17 April 2013

  Can you please ensure that all music tuition fees are paid up to date.
  We advise all new pupils to take lessons for 3 terms before deciding not to continue. Parents of pupils who decide not to proceed must inform the Headteacher of their decision no later than two weeks before a term's end by means of a letter.

• Dinner money

  Please ensure that any outstanding dinner monies are placed in an envelope, with the amount, child's name, child's class teacher and handed to the class teacher or office. 
  Any dinner debts above £15 will be referred to County for collection.
  Infant/ Junior meals are £1.90 per day, £9.50 per week.
  Dinner money cheques should be made payable to 'Denbighshire County Council' please.

• Lates

  Please ensure all children are here in school for 8.55 a.m all doors to school will be closed at 8.55 am.
  Children who are continually late are tracked by the school.
