  Today two classes were filmed on Rhyl beach by ITV News. The report was investigating if children liked playing outdoors or indoors these days? 
  The children answered questions in a confident manner- Well done to all those who are famous!!

  Thank you for all the support we had last Friday night at the Christmas Fayre!
  
  We raised over £1000 and money is still coming in!
  
  It was a very successful evening with lots of fun to be had by all!

  On Friday 10th December, Ysgol Bryn Hedydd will be holding their Christmas Fayre!         

   

  Please come and join us!
  
  The fayre will start at 6.30p.m and finish at 8.00p.m.
  
  There will lots of activities to help raise money for the school. There will also be stalls set up by local traders and charities.

• Comenius Project - Visit to Munich

  Six girls representing the school made the return visit to Munich as part of our new and exciting exchange programme. The German people really know how to prepare for Christmas in style. The pupils and staff enjoyed a wide range of exciting activities and were even treated to a 'winter wonderland' by heavy falls of snow! • After School Clubs

  Due to the continued adverse weather conditions, all after-school sports clubs are suspended until after the Christnas holidays.
  
  Glee Club will continue as normal.

• 'Pink Day' is a huge success!

  Ysgol Bryn Hedydd held their 'Pink Day' today!
  
  Our School was raising money for Cancer Research.The children were asked to wear things that were pink. They were also able to buy cakes and candy floss at break time.
  
  In the afternoon, Mrs Carol McWilliams, our School Cook shaved off her hair for the cause. See the pictures below that were taken as the event took place!
  
  As a school, we have raised approximately £1100!! Wow! That is amazing!...and it's still coming in!
  Well done to everyone who supported and helped raise this money.

  

• Nursery trip to the park has unfortunately been cancelled

  Due to the bad weather this week, Mrs Orbine has decided to cancel the trip to Coronation Gardens.
